Rider University Group Tour Agreement

To ensure that all participants receive maximum benefit from their visit to Rider, please read the following expectations and sign below indicating your agreement to them.
*Filling out this form does not guarantee that we will have a visit available.

Once scheduled, we ask that your group will arrive on time. We have scheduled staff and arranged facilities to accommodate your visit, so if you are more than fifteen minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your group visit to campus.
Once scheduled, if the size of your group increases or decreases significantly we ask that you will contact us to make us aware of this change.
Once scheduled, if your group has to cancel please do so as soon as possible – preferably two days in advance.
We suggest a 10:1 student to chaperone ratio. We expect that the chaperones for the group will manage the students and their behaviors.

Lunch is available for purchase on campus. You can pay cash or credit card at our dining hall on campus for $14.77 per person. (The dining hall has options to accommodate for all lifestyles and allergies, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and meals free of the 9 most common allergens including peanuts and tree nuts. It is all-you-can-eat buffet style.)
