Qualifications to be considered for the initiative
:
Be a New Jersey resident
Completed some college (at Rider or elsewhere) but not earned a bachelor’s degree
Not taken a college course for at least one traditional academic semester
Be 25 years or older as of the start of your first semester or be active-duty military or a veteran
Be able to provide proof of need in the form of a bill, invoice, etc.
